About Dale Langley
Mr. Langley has a wealth of experience in all areas of intellectual property law and corporate matters. His clients rely on his expertise in the preparation and prosecution of patent, trademark and copyright applications and protection of trade secrets — in the U.S. and internationally — in contractual and licensing transactions, and the enforcement of intellectual property and other rights, and defense against claims. Clients also rely on him for his experience assisting clients with general corporate matters, such as company formation and organization, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, financings, and more.
Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Langley was a partner and associate at several major law firms in Dallas and Austin, Texas. Mr. Booth’s clients seek his legal expertise in protecting the Intellectual Property (IP) of start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. His practice ranges from the identification and acquisition of Intellectual Property to the licensing and protection of that property. His practice includes the following types of transactions: Preparation, prosecution, and litigation of patents, trademarks, and copyrights; Validity and infringement opinions; Commercial and Business Litigation; Licensing of patents, trademarks, and copyrights; OEM and Distribution agreements; Technology Sharing and Joint Development Agreements; and Other general business agreements.
Mr. Booth’s area of technical expertise includes semiconductor design and manufacturing; computer hardware and software; and electrical, mechanical, and environmental technologies.
